Was passiert, wenn man als Kleinkind in eine große Schüssel mit altem Bongwasser gefallen ist, zeigen die Jungs aus Pennsylania sehr eindrucksvoll. Bereits Obelix bewies, dass zu viel vom Zaubertrank schnell über das gesteckte Ziel hinausschießen lässt und nicht zwangsläufig für Begeisterungsstürme sorgt. So zelebrieren Baptized in Bongwater ihr groteskes Kifferimage nicht nur auf der offiziellen MySpace Seite. Auch den Songs ihres Debutalbums mangelt es insgesamt an Kreativität, was mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit dem unmenschlichen THC-Pegel aller Bandmitglieder anzulasten ist... "What happens to a kid fallen into a pond of old bong water can be seen impressively by the boys from Pennsylvania. Baptized In Bongwater celebrate their bizarre stoner image not only at their MySpace Homepage. The songs of their debut album suffer from lack of creativity at all maybe caused by the inhuman THC level of the band members. Stoner movie samples are wildly cobbled together, lazy Fuzz Riffs and would-be Doom attacks make "Toke it, Smoke it, Get fucked Up" to one of the most irrelevant Doom albums of the last decades. Song titles like "I Don't Do Drugs....Just Weed", "Sheep Fucker" and "Clit Commander" are not funny at all. NOT RECOMMENDED for everybody not inhaling at least 20 bongs a day – bong your head and get fucked up!"
