"We are soooo happy to start announcing the Desertfest 2013 line-up by (re)introducing to you all the Norwegian quartet LONELY KAMEL !
Most of you were disappointed last year as two of the band members got stuck at home with illness, and couldn't make it to the festival... May Hippocrates be with us next April and we'll get to enjoy together our favourite 4 bluesy-groovy-beardy rockers on stage !
Inspired by heavy blues-legends, this hard-hitting band from Oslo, Norway, is producing a classic hard/stoner rock with a lot of blues, mixed up with 2 spoonfuls of doom and psychedelia.
Since 2008, the band released 3 albums : “Lonely Kamel”, “Blues for the Dead”, and the third one “Dust Devil”, released in October 2011, on Napalm Records.
Rumour says they are working on a new one :-) Live the band is ball breaking hard, loud and tight, so look out!!"
