Warsaw’s WEEDPECKER has finished the final touches of their self-released debut album, which will contain a total of six songs. The whole album can be listened on their bandcamp webpage, and the CD release is to be expected in late August or beginning of September.
Artwork design has been made by Maciej Kamuda.

Weedpecker band comes from Warsaw and Madrid. The Dobry bros. began making the idea for the band late in 2011 and the complete current lineup play together since 2012. Currently, it consists of brothers Wyro and Bandos (both taking guitar and vocal duties), Jose (bass) and Falon (drums). Last year they released in bandcamp a brief two-track demo, which prepared the upcoming of a new interesting Polish band. Their music combines a passion for psychedelia, dirty heavy sounds, cosmic spacy atmospheres as well as smoky ambients. You can hear the inspiration of old Baroness, Elder, or even Alice in Chains as well as classic rock. Their debut album "Weedpecker" will be released in jewelcase in late August and September 2013.
