DEA MARICA is quietly melding styles - epic Doom Metal with traditional Death/Doom from the UK, its home. Few bands are able to pull this off and on "Curse of the Haunted" it comes to life like never before - the feelings are tangible, the hues rarely felt before, little things stringed together seamlessly. Riccardo composes all the music with a proficient drummer ensuring that things remain progressive, as must life. DEA MARICA is the latest revelation of the power of Doom Metal music and the beauty it showcases.

DEA MARICA are an english doom metal band from London. The band was founded in 2012 by Riccardo Veronese (Gallow God) andRoberto Mura (URNA).

DEA MARICA recorded their first EP "Ritual Of The Banished" (2012). Riccardo and Roberto, joined by Marco (Urna), started the recordings of their first full-lenght album "Curse Of The Haunted" (2013). They are signed to Weird Truth Productions.

There will be 4 songs of about 74minutes of extreme doom included in the album. Justin Hartwig from MOURNFUL CONGREGATION contributed his excellent lead guitar.
