RITES from Galway, Ireland, have released their second full-length album early November. "II" serves four amazingly heavy and downtuned, at times calm and melancholic hymns of solitude and despair, always ready to explode like a volcano, spitting out fuzzed out riff monoliths and razor-sharp solos, which seem to come directly from earth's core.
